"It's been a super weird, strange and uncertain time for us all on this planet. A lot of us are struggling to get used to this new normal, a lot of us are consumed with anxiety and fear as our usual routines and comforting mundane life things have been completely tossed out the window.
I've found this time to be particularly challenging but enlightening at the same time. I've been making use of the extra free time to reevaluate, reflect and dive deep back into things that really 'spark joy.'
Although it has been stressful, I've found that drawing, painting and creating has been very helpful in keeping me calm and being able to visually express and process all that's going on inside me at the moment.
It's been a joy creating things that sing to my heart and hopefully sing to yours too.
Here's to more years of creating things that 'spark joy!'

Things to Remember in a Time of Turmoil, 2020
Digital Art
Try to find harmony and a sense of stillness amongst all the anxiety and chaos.
Let yourself sit and be at peace with all these uncomfortable feelings and thoughts.
.Acknowledge and embrace them with no fear or judgement.
.Breathe and remember that this is only for now, not forever.

Quarantine Catch-Ups, 2020
COVID-19 Visual Diary
Some snippets from my diary that I've been keeping.
Thankfully, I have been able to still work on some client work but things have definitely been quieter than usual. In the downtime that I do get I try and spend it playing with watercolour and my imagination.
